Private owner access

BigShortAds provides a private workspace for its installation owner. Public visitors can read these pages but cannot register, connect Google accounts or operate the admin tools. The owner must accept these terms and the privacy policy before enabling integrations.

Authorized use

The owner may connect only accounts, channels, sources and folders they control or have permission to use. They remain responsible for consent, access decisions, credentials, backups and the accuracy of instructions. Protected or private material must not be disclosed to unauthorized recipients.

YouTube and other services

This application uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies to Google's processing. Telegram, DeepSeek and the hosting provider have their own applicable terms and limits.

Google authorization, consent-screen status and API quota are controlled by Google. This application does not guarantee approval, unlimited quota or permanent authorization. Personal use describes the restricted audience of this installation; it does not remove service rules.

Automation and review

The owner controls reply generation, automatic posting and pause switches. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed where appropriate. Do not use automation for spam, harassment, misleading replies or artificial engagement. Sensitive actions require owner authentication, and AI cannot confirm payments or replace merchant verification.

Payments and access

Configured package and delivery features operate under the owner's own arrangements with recipients. These public pages do not sell app subscriptions or collect payments. Delivery depends on confirmed payment, current entitlement and external-service availability. The owner must resolve payment, refund and access disputes.

Availability and responsibility

Features depend on working hosting, scheduled jobs, network connectivity, valid credentials and upstream APIs. No uninterrupted availability or particular AI result is promised. The owner must monitor failures and uncertain outcomes before retrying actions that could duplicate messages or permissions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
